Brief content | This work is dealing with novel double membrane module designed for continual Single Pass Tangential Flow Filtration (SPTFF), which can be used for protein concentration and diafiltration. Several experiments were performed in order to investigate the impurity removal capabilities of the module and a simple mathematical model was developed for impurity removal prediction. Another set of experiments was performed in order to investigate the impact of different protein concentration of BSA on transmembrane pressure. |
