Brief content Successful tests and the over one-year long operation experience from Vojany power plant show that solid recovered fuel can be co-fired in a fuel mix with coal and biomass. The biocomponent contained in the solid recovered fuel helps to reduce power plant´s emissions of carbon dioxide, making the power production more sustainable. Selected features from plant´s operation with the fuel mix, including solid recovered fuel, are presented and the necessary adjustment of flue gas treatment is discussed.
