Brief content | Enzymatic glycosylation of organic acceptors other than saccharides brings new possibilities to synthesize new molecules that do not exist in nature. These new glycosides may possess enhanced physico-chemical and bioactive properties which could be useful in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry. In this work, the enzymatic synthesis of tyrosol glycosides was investigated with respect to the suitable enzyme preparation and reaction conditions. |
