| Brief content | The main goal of this contribution was to compare several ethyl acetate production methods: - conventional set-up - chemical reactor followed by separation units - basic reactive distillation set-up - modified reactive distillation set-up with mechanical modification - modified reactive distillation set-up with chemical modifications These production methods were compared based on several indicators evaluation including equipment quantity and size, raw material flows, energy consumption and process safety |
