| Brief content | In this work, core-shell polymer nanoparticles were synthesized to test the effect of temperature in the surface adhesion. The shell was designed to have a lower glass transition temperature (Tg) than the core in order to see an isolated response of the surface of the particles due to temperature increase. Later we used a numerical model to simulate the inter-particle mechanics and its further influence in the macroscopic behavior of colloidal systems. |
