Brief content | This paper is focused on a multi-scale model of gasoline particulate filter. The model is a combination of a pore-scale model and 1D + 1D full-scale model. Three cordierite filter samples with different Pd/Al2O3 coating distribution are examined in this work. Permeability, overall pressure loss and conversion are calculated for each sample to identify the influence of coating distribution on catalytic filter performance. |
